Rules & Regulations

  1. Campsite reception is open from 8:30am till 9:00pm during peak season.
  2. Payment for the stay in the campsite is performed at the time of online reservation or during check-in in full amount. If rented or borrowed items are not returned or are damaged, then the value of the item is compensated to the campsite before visitor’s departure. Departing from the campsite without settling all obligations will be subject to legal action.
  3. The earliest check in time is 2:00 pm and latest check out time is 10:00 am.
  4. Guests who are checked in are welcome to come and go as they please. Campers may have day guests/visitors. No guest overnight stays. All visitors must register with the office. No visitors after 9:00pm. Additional parking fees apply for any overnight parking in excess of one vehicle ($10).
  5. Alcoholic beverages will be confined to your campsite, no alcohol consumption under 19 years of age. Use of illegal drugs is not permitted anywhere. If drugs are used you will be required to leave with no refund.
  6. Smoking is permitted within the confines of your campsite or designated smoking areas only, as the site is a public park. All Cigarette butts will be disposed of in active fire rings or designated receptacles, a $25.00 cleaning fee will be applied if you do not comply. All sites are inspected after check-out.
  7. All roads in the camp site must remain free. Movement of vehicles in the camp area off paved roads is strictly prohibited. Maximum speed on the camp site road is 5 km/h. Parking of the vehicles is only allowed in the designated parking area. Exceptions can be in place for serious reason, or loading and offloading of vehicle. Any damage or car accident on the campsite property remains liability of the party who caused the accident and will be subject to legal prosecution.
  8. Way of parking of motorcycles needs to secure the stability of the motorcycle to avoid falling.
  9. Vehicles that have leaks of various fluids (e.g. oil, etc.) will be removed from the campsite at the cost of the owner.
  10. Emptying chemical toilets is allowed only at designated place and for a fee. Please notify receptionist when you need to empty your chemical toilet tanks.
  11. Campsite for each guest is determined at the check in. Moving to a different campsite is possible only after arrangement with receptionist. Management reserves right to move visitor to different site if necessary.
  12. Children under 14 years should use the various facilities under the supervision of their parents or guardians. Children can ride bicycles in the campsite area with the absolute liability of their parents or guardians. Campers are responsible for the actions and activities of their family/guests at all times.
  13. Pets are allowed. Pet owner is fully responsible for the safety and control of their pets. Pets must be tied up or on a leash all the times. Pet owners are responsible to clean up after their pets, a $25.00min fee will be charged if the owner does not comply. The use of facilities is forbidden for animals.
  14. Guests should keep their camp area clear and tidy. A $25.00 cleaning charge will be applied for any campsite left with litter on site after check-out. Staff inspect all sites immediately after check-out.
  15. The showers and bathrooms are a privilege service. Please keep this area clean and tidy after use, and report any issues with staff immediately. No children are to be left in facilities unsupervised, and absolutely no pets in facilities.
  16. Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm till 7:00 am.
  17. Electricity supply is exclusively for lighting, radio, TV, refrigerator. Use of electric stoves, electric heating is not allowed and can result in power shut down.
  18. Please deposit all trash into the designated bear proof receptacles each day before 9:00 pm to keep the area critter free. Do not leave food unattended for any reason, and do not leave food on your fire pit grill. Grills must be cleaned before 9 pm to ensure the area remains critter free.
  19. Campers are to obey any restrictions on fires. Fires may be limited or prohibited at times. Fires may only be built in rings, stoves, grills or fireplaces provided for that purpose. Fires must be completely extinguished before leaving the site, do not leave your fire unattended. Campers are responsible for keeping their fires under control at all times. No firewood is permitted to be brought into the park, campfire wood can be purchased at the main office.
  20. Use of fireworks or other explosives within campground is prohibited. No Firearms, slingshots or air rifles are permitted on the campgrounds at any time.
  21. Natural Edge Ecopark is not liable for damages and loses caused by theft, natural disaster or force major.
  22. Remember the 7 principles of Leave no Trace: Plan Ahead and Prepare, Travel and Camp on Durable Surfaces, Dispose of Waste properly, Leave What You Find, Minimize Campfire Impact, Respect Wildlife and Be considerate of Other Visitors. Keep your impact within the Park to a minimum.
  23. Entering and staying in the campsite implies acceptance of rules and regulations of this campsite.
  24. All marina and campsite users are required to sign a respective liability waiver for use of these facilities.
